Six groups of teams, including Suzhou Xiangshan International Hotel, Zhangjiagang International Trade Hotel, Kunshan Jinling Hotel, Suzhou Jinji Lake Hotel, Suzhou Wugong Pan Pacific Hotel and Zhangjiagang Shazhou Hotel, carried out the process of grabbing and exchanging dishes, making and dividing plates in an orderly manner according to the rules of the competition under the guidance of the public judges and moderators.

Each group of contestants showed their skills in a limited time and completed four dishes of appetizer, main course, dessert and signature dish in a total time of 3 hours, with wonderful scenes and amazing dishes. It was a hot and exciting scene!

After an afternoon of competition between the chefs and the nine judges' strict scoring of the contestants' four dishes, finally, Chef Liu Bin of Suzhou Jinji Lake Hotel and his team won the battle with the highest total score after receiving three extra points from the spicy judges, and directly advanced to the final competition!
