Yes, it's that time of the year again to apply for the leisure annual pass. As an annual travel benefit for Suzhou residents, the Huimin Leisure Annual Pass allows you to visit designated attractions 100 times for only 198 yuan, averaging less than 2 yuan per visit, which is simply unbeatable. Moreover, one card can take you from Suzhou to Wuxi, Yixing, and Jiangyin.

It is reported that this year's leisure annual pass no longer distinguishes between A and B packages, including 65 attractions such as the Panmen Scenic Area, with the total ticket value of all included attractions amounting to around 2000 yuan. Additionally, 15 new attractions have been added compared to last year, among whichthe Suzhou Ancient Grand Canal Boat Touris also one of the new attractions. With so many attractions and choices, there is definitely something for everyone!

Application Period

December 1, 2017 - January 15, 2018

The validity period of the leisure annual pass starts from the day after application until December 31, 2018.

include national star-rated tourist attractions such as the Panmen Scenic Area, covering Suzhou, Wujiang, Changshu, Kunshan, Taicang, Zhangjiagang, Wuxi, Yixing, Jiangyin, and a total of 65 attractions.

Application Process

1. Online Application:

Download the "Suzhou Citizen Card" app to apply directly online.

2. Offline Application:

① Apply in person at any service point of the Suzhou Citizen Card with your original ID card. Pay the annual fee of 198 yuan, which can be loaded onto your personal citizen card, or you can purchase a Citizen Card B (cost 18 yuan) or a copyright card (cost 36 yuan) as well as various citizen card products (including phone cases, smart watches, wristbands, ring cards, and other special-shaped cards).

② Citizens can apply on behalf of each other (relevant ID and recent photo of the cardholder must be provided).
