Public Announcement on Rent Reduction at Suzhou Panmen Scenic Area

In order to thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on resolutely winning the battle against the epidemic and the overall deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council regarding epidemic prevention and control, and based on the relevant documents from the provincial government, municipal government, municipal state-owned assets supervision and administration commission, and Suzhou Cultural Tourism Group, we fully support small and medium-sized enterprises in overcoming difficulties and effectively undertake the social responsibilities of state-owned enterprises. In light of our company's current situation in leasing properties, we hereby announce the relevant matters regarding rent reduction as follows:
1.Objects and Duration of Rent Reduction
(1) Objects: Tenants who are small and medium-sized enterprises, individual businesses, and natural persons facing difficulties in production and operation during the validity period of the lease contract.
(2) Duration: Rent for February 2020 will be waived, and rent for March and April 2020 will be reduced by half.
