The Panmen Scenic Area is committed to providing personalized services for visitors. It has established comprehensive supporting service facilities within the scenic area to offer convenient, efficient, and satisfactory services to every domestic and international visitor. A visitor center is located 50 meters south of the main entrance of the scenic area; there are also friendly reminder signs and directional signs throughout the area.

The visitor center features promotional videos, playing the promotional film of the Panmen Scenic Area all day long; it has electronic touch-screen guide machines for free browsing; and it also provides convenient services such as promotional maps of the scenic area, Suzhou city tourist maps, mobile charging stations, and rentals for strollers and wheelchairs.
